Water Usage
We are on a domestic well, registration RG61551. The well was drilled February, 1995. Through March 30, 2004 we have used a total of 370,000 gallons over 9.2 years. This is 1.1 acre feet total - we are permitted 3 acre feet per year.
Our usage works out to about 41,000 gallons per year (.13 acre feet), 3,600 gallons per month, 118 gallons per day, and 30 gallons per person per day. Two adults, two young children. No significant landscaping, lots of laundry.

Real Estate
We own two pieces of property in Santa Fe County:
Our residence, account #58000276, with a full valuation of $482,604.
Adjacent unimproved land, account #990000365, with a full valuation of $276,750.
These are fair valuations and have never been appealed. Tax payments are current.

We have much smaller holdings in Albuquerque (half ownership in a rental house)
and Florida (Tom's mother's condo)

Business Before the County
None. The County has been neutral in a School District boundary issue between the residents of my neighborhood and the Pojoaque Public Schools. The issue has been resolved to the satisfaction of the neighborhood and the school district; the proposed solution is before the State Department of Education and should be approved by March 15th.

No business with the County is anticipated. We will not develop or subdivide any land until at least two years after completion of elected service.

Tax Information
2003 Federal Tax return. I will continue to post returns for the years I serve as an elected official.

Campaign Filings
I will post all required campaign disclosures here on or before the due date. Of course, they will also be available in the County Clerk's Office. In addition to the required posting dates, I will post interim reports at least every 30 days. I will also provide more detail than required by NM Campaign law.
